Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Vier Güter zu Dunzelshausen [Wüstung auf der Gemarkung Berghofen, Stadt Battenberg (Eder), Lkr. Waldeck-Frankenberg], welche der verstorbene Johann von Dunzelshausen mit anderen Gütern und Zehnten, die sein freies Eigentum gewesen waren, dem Landgrafen Ludwig von Hessen mit der Bitte aufgetragen hatte, den mittlerweile verstorbenen Johann (Henne) von Wahlen damit zu belehnen. Später kaufte Hans von Dörnberg, Hofmeister des Landgrafen von hessen, die vier Güter von dem genannten Johann (Henne) von Wahlen.
