Die Zeugen des Angeklagten, der in Notwehr gehandelt haben will, werden vernommen. Offenbar liegt Notwehr vor, die aber überschritten ist; denn das von der Universität Marburg verfasste Urteil lautet auf Verweisung aus der Stadt auf 3 Jahre.
