Regest: Vor Niclas Loirbecher, Schultheiß, Johan Fait, Clas Loirbecher und Clas Braun, Schöffen des Gerichts zu (Ober-)Wesel, bekennen die Eheleute Wendeling Heymans von Niederberg, ihr Mitbürger, und Merg, von dem Dechanten, den Stiftsherrn und Vikaren des Stifts zu Sant Gwer 101 1/2 Rhein. Goldgulden erhalten zu haben, wofür sie diesen jährlich zu Lichtmess (2. Febr.) 5 Gulden und 2 Albus Zins reichen wollen, und setzen als Unterpfand 1 Acker uf Ebenhell (Anlieger: oben die Kirchäcker, unten Johan Stegen), 1 Acker zu Büchen (Anlieger: oben Clas Haselbach, unten der gemeine Weg), 1 Acker auf Büchen (Anlieger: oben und unten Wendeling Moerbecher), 1 Wiese und 1 Garten auf Leypscheidt (Anlieger: oben Anthes Mey, unten Peter Muedt), 1 Wiese in Lücker Hell (Anlieger: oben Johannes Braun, unten der gemeine Weg), 1 Weingarten im Hüendale (Anlieger: oben Johannes Braun, unten Friedrich Schne ), 1 Acker am Loche (Anlieger: oben die Heide, unten Johan Stege), 1 Acker zum Born an sant Gwers pade (Anlieger: oben Clas Horen, unten Greth Horen), 1 Acker zu Born (Anlieger: oben Greth Horen, unten Anthes Mey), sein Haus und Hof mit den ganzen Hofraiten und allem Zubehör, das er von Anthes Klockner gekauft hat (Anlieger: oben Mattes Schneider, unten die Kirche).
