Enthält: Sie haben am 09.5.1632 den Schuhmacher Henrich Schneider und dessen Braut Gertrud Monnichs, die sie in der Wirtschaft auf dem Schützenwall trafen, geschlagen und verwundet. Bisping und Polman werden verhaftet, aber entlassen, nachdem sich für Bisping sein Rittmeister Dietrich von Havikenscheid und der Musterschreiber Johan Lindeman und für Polman Sergius Kramer und Frau Else Polman Johan Wilckinghof und Johan Polman verbürgt haben. Es schließt sich dann an die Klage des Schneider auf Schadensersatz. Der Oberwachtmeister Lutter von Bönninghausen fordert Einstellung des Prozesses, erhält aber keine Antwort. Budde ist der Schwager des Bernard Schnitker am Aegidiikirchhof, er ist später Rittmeister. Nach dem Tode des Bisping setzt seine Witwe Christine Reekers den Prozess fort. Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, 50 Thaler Schadensersatz zu zahlen. Als Zeugen werden i. J. 1634 vernommen: 1. Margarete Horst, Frau Leistenmacher Severin Kapp, 35 oder 36 J. alt; 2. Knecht Berndt Brüsse, 25 oder 26 J. alt; 3. Schustergeselle Gerhard Steinhorst, 26 J. alt; 4. Leistemacher Severin Kapp, 40 J. alt; 5. Gertrud Frische, Witwe des Schützenwällers Herman Froning.
