Enthält: Catharina Kreudener aus Köln verwahrt sich, auch im Namen ihrer Kinder, vor Gericht davor, dass ihr Ehemann Theodor Pütz Güter im Kerpener Gerichtsbann aus ihrem Besitz, die sie entweder während der Ehe erworben oder vorher ererbt hatte, dem Vernehmen nach bereits veräußert habe oder jedenfalls zu verkaufen beabsichtige. Sie legt dazu ein Instrument des Notars Johann Jodocus Eymertz vor und bittet das Gericht, dieses "ohnnothwendige Unternehmen" ihres Mannes zu verbieten ("inhibiren") und eventuellen Käufern, die zur gerichtlichen Erbung einkämen, diese zu verweigern bzw. ihren (Catharinas) Protest dem Erbungsprotokoll hinzuzufügen.
