"...2. Die Bitte, der Mad. Amalia Beer, Mutter von unserem Meyerbeer, ein Stück des Thiergarten (etwa von 3 Morgen) in Erbpacht zu geben samt dem Berichte des Grafen Stolberg waren mir auf Befehl des Königs zur Begutachtung und Besichtigung des Locals zugefertigt worden. Da Sr.Maj. der trefflichen alten Frau nicht gern etwas abschlägt, und die Erhörung der Bitte bei der Aufmerksamkeit, welche das Publicum auf den Thiergarten richtet, bedenklich sein könnte, so habe ich für jetzt die Sache auf eine Weise beendigt, die hoffentlich Sr. Majestät angenehm ist. Ich habe der alten Dame gesagt, ich glaubte zu errathen, daß der König ihr eher etwas von einem Privatgarten, selbst von Sanssouci geben würde, als dem Publicum eine Baumpartie zu entziehen...Die sehr zart fühlende Frau hat sogleich auf ihre Bitte verzichtet..."
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
