Enthält: u.a. Verkauf der Fischerei "Armenfredde" Bürgermeister, Rat und gesamte Gemeinheit zu Telgte verkaufen an Friedrich Mathias von Korff gnt. Schmising zu Tatenhausen, Willenborg, Wittenstein, Duderstadt, Lonn und Nienborg etc. ihre Fischerei auf der Ems, genannt die Armenfredde, in den abgepfählten Grenzen, wie sie der Käufer zuvor in Pacht gehabt hatte. Der Käufer muß allerdings daraus den Armen zu Telgte jährlich eine Portion Fische präsentieren. Der Kaufpreis beträgt 500 Reichstaler, wofür der Käufer bestimmte Schulden der Stadt abgetragen hat.
