Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Johann [I. von Henneberg], Abt von Fulda, bekundet, dass er an Heinrich (Heintz) Gluntzing und dessen Ehefrau Hedwig (Hede) seinen Hof in Obereschenbach (obern Eschennbach) [bei Hammelburg], den bisher Johann (Hans) Nybelung innehatte, mit allem Zubehör erblich verliehen hat. Als Zins sollen jährlich an Walpurgis [Mai 1] sowie an Michaelis [September 29] jeweils 50 Groschen fuldischer Währung, ein Viertel Weizen und 62 Groschen als Küchenspeise in das Amt Mackenzell gereicht werden. Des Weiteren hat der Abt Heinrich ein wüstes Ackerstück in der Flurmark verliehen - ausgenommen die dazwischen liegende Wiese, die an das Ackerstück angrenzt -, wovon jährlich als Zins drei Achtel Weizen und drei Achtel Hafer an Michaelis zu zahlen sind. Außerdem soll Heinrich im Amt Mackenzell jährlich vier Tage zur Ernte dienen, einen Tennentag (thennge tagk) und einen Tag zur Einfuhr der Ernte leisten, sowie vier Klafter Holz schlagen und diese in die Burg Mackenzell fahren.
