Die von der Klägerin wohl zu ihrer Entschuldigung vorgegebene ("ahngemaste") Schwachsinnigkeit lässt er nicht gelten. Sie habe vielmehr dem für die Tochter und ihre Gespielinnen verführerischen und verderblichen und ihm zu hochschmerzlichem Schimpf und Schande gereichenden Tun zugesehen, ja es gestattet, und die "ohngewohnlich kostbarligen zehrungen mitgenossen", statt die Kinder deswegen "scharf (zu) examiniren" und ihn zu benachrichtigen. Er fordert Absolution von der Klage.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
