Regest: Bernard Kleykamp, Bürger und Linnentuchhändler zu Warendorf und seine Frau Anna Nacke verkaufen dem Ernst Brüninghoff, Bürger und Kaufhändler zu Warendorf und seiner Frau Anna Elisabeth Nacke ihr Haus auf der Königstraße, zwischen den Häusern des Sattlers Hermann Amsen und des Zinngießers Gosepoel gelegen nebst allem mauer-, nagel- und pfahlfesten Inventar sowie der Brunnengerechtigkeit an dem Brunnen, an dem die Witwe Schwickers, Henrich Felscher und der Zinngießer Gosepoel mitberechtigt sind. Außerdem werden mitverkauft das Holzhaus hinter Amsens Kammer, der Hof hinter dem Nackeschen Haus sowie der Gang neben dem Nackeschen Hause zur Königstraße, der ganz allein zu diesem Hause gehört. Der Kaufpreis beträgt 550 Reichstaler, wovon 250 Reichstaler angezahlt, die restlichen 300 aber auf halbjährige Kündigung jährlich ab Michaelis 1718 mit 12 Reichstaler verzinst werden sollen. Der Vertrag wird geschlossen im Hause der Eheleute Kleykamp an der Brünebrede. Zeugen: Hutmachergeselle Johann Henrich Butz und Franz Rolffing, Bürger und Linnentuchmacher zu Warendorf.
