Enthält: Vor dem Hofrichter verkaufen der Hutmacher Johann Paell und seine Ehefrau Adelheid, Bürger zu Münster, den beiden Münsterschen Bürgern und Provisoren der Armen Zumbusch (zum Busche), Melchior Steinhoff und Severin Stoltenkamp, eine jährliche zu Ostern zu leistende Rente von 3 Reichstalern, 17 Schilling und 6 Pfennig für 60 Reichstaler. Diese Rentenzahlung soll aus ihrem angekauften Haus an der Neubrückenstraße erfolgen, das zwischen Hermann Kösters und Hermann Türcks Haus liegt, oder aus ihrem übrigen Vermögen. Zuvor hatten Johanns Vater Meinhard und dessen Ehefrau dem Armenhaus Zumbusch testamentarisch vierzig Reichstaler und den Armen zu Wessede (Wesede) 20 Reichstaler vermacht, was wohl dem Gegenwert ihres Wohnhauses entsprach. Die Provisoren der Armen Zumbusch lösten die 20 Taler im Vorfeld des Rentkaufs von den Provisoren zu Wesede ab und kamen somit in den Besitz des Paell'schen Hauses. Dieses erhalten Johann und seine Frau mit dieser Urkunde zurück. Ein Rückkauf der Rente für 60 Reichstaler, der ein halbes Jahr vor Fälligkeit angezeigt werden muss, wird vereinbart. Die Verkäufer geloben Währschaft. Rückvermerke: Johan Paell vp der Nienbrüggen Strate 3 Rühsthaler 17 1/2 Schilling vff Paischen. Noch derselbig von alters vff Paschen vnd Michaelis 6 Schlling (1. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
