Enthält: Gegenstand der Klage ist ein Kreditgeschäft vom 17.4.1681. Der Junggeselle ("junger Gesell") Johann Decker, Kesselschläger in Kerpen, hatte Nyß Blessem, Witwer aus Elsdorf, für Hafer und Roggen für seine Familie 29 Rtlr 30 Albus vorgestreckt. Im zwischen beiden abgeschlossenen Vertrag hatte Nyß versprochen, die Schuld am kommenden St. Bartholomäustag [24.8.] zurückzuzahlen. Als Bürgen dafür setzte er Hermann Pilart und dessen Frau Sibilla Bauseler ein (Zeugen: Heinrich Eßer und Hans Heinrich Omer). Er war jedoch "seinem Versprechen in facto [aber] nicht nachkommen". In der Zwischenzeit verstarb er ("immittelß etwa frühezeithigen Todts abgangen"), und die Erben blieben trotz Abmahnung das Geld schuldig. Daher fordert Johann Decker nun Entschädigung aus der Erbschaft durch "Immission" (d. h. rechtliche Einweisung in Hab und Gut) und Sequester auf die Ernte (präs. 22.5.), und das mit Nachdruck (präs. 5.6.), wozu er Johann Wolter als Rechtsvertreter (Procurator) in seiner Abwesenheit bevollmächtigt.
