Enthält: Vor Gericht streiten Wilhelm Draetz und der Jude Moshele wegen der Abrechnung von verschiedenen Geschäften, so für eine Lieferung von Tuch (Fließ). Eine nicht unwichtige Rolle dabei spielt die Ehefrau Draetz. Sie hatte hinter dem Rücken ihres Mannes einen Teil der Ware, teils mit Rübsamen, teils mit Geld bezahlt, später aber mehrfach erneut, einmal von ihren Kindern, ihrer Magd und Johann Welschs Kind, Fließ abholen lassen, ihrem Mann aber auch nicht die ganze Menge mitgeteilt. Der zweite Vorfall ist ein Kuhhandel, bei dem Draetz für eine Kuh 4 Rtlr und 4 Ohm Bier zu geben versprach. Als Moshele aber eine Kanne Bier abholen wollte, schickte er ihm die Kanne leer zurück. Seine Frau entschuldigt ihn später, er sei damals so betrunken ("beschenkt") gewesen, dass er nicht gewusst hätte, "waß er gethan". Als der Jude mit seinem Buch kommt, um abzurechnen, ist Draetz nicht zu Hause, sondern nur seine Frau, die sich - angeblich - bereit erklärte, das Buch Posten für Posten durchzugehen. Er soll es ihr dazu vorlesen. Sie soll auch die Aufstellung (mit der damals üblichen Symbolik) bestätigt haben, indem sie hinter die Gartentüre blickte und meldete, dass alle Posten richtig stünden.
