Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Transsumpt folgender Urkunden: 1) von 1315 Juni 10 (1315 IV idus junii), Agnes geborene Landgräfin von Hessen überläßt mit Zustimmung ihres Bruders Bischoff von Münster dem Deutschen Hause in Marburg den vollen Besitz der auf des Ordens Grund und Boden daselbst errichteten sowie der am Fuße des Berges Lützelburg gelegenen Gebäude; 2) 1315 Juni 15 (1315 in die sanctuorum martirium Viti et Modesti), Bischof Ludwig von Münster und Landgraf Otto von Hessen erklären, daß ihre Schwester Agnes von Nürnberg volle Freiheit habe, ihre Güter zu veräußern; 3) 1316 Juni 10 (1316 IV idus junii), Landgraf Otto von Hessen bestätigt dem Deutschen Haus bei Marburg die Schenkung seiner Schwester Agnes von Nürnberg über verschiedene Gebäude zu Marburg und am Füße des Berges Lützelburg daselbst; ; 4) 1334 Oktober 28 (1334 Symonis et Jude), die verwitwete Burggräfin Agnes von Nürnberg schenkt dem Deutschen Orden ihren Hof zu Ebsdorf, ihren Weinberg am Fuße des Lützelberges, ihre ganze bewegliche Habe und ihre zwei Güter zu Marburg.
