Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Das bis 1738 freie und 1738 nach Auszahlung eines Kapitals von 2.000 Gulden dem Landgrafen von Hessen aufgetragene Scholleysche Erbgut, der Schnegelshof [Hof in der Gemarkung Elfershausen, Gem. Malsfeld, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.], mit allem Zubehör sowie dem Recht, dass nach dem Aussterben des scholleyischen Mannesstammes die Allodialerben das Lehngut durch Zahlung von 2.000 Gulden wieder an sich bringen und aus dem Lehnsverband lösen können.
