"Verehrter Freund und Herr! Ihr Versprechen ist eingetroffen, noch eben, Mitte Februar, nicht das Versprochene, auf das ich recht sehnlich harre. Es scheint übrigens nicht, als habe sich bei Ihnen der Freimüthige ein Publicum in den öffentlichen Orten gemacht. Die Blätter bis dato erhielten Sie doch. Ich meine, daß es seitdem an Inhalt und Mannigfaltigkeit gewonnen hat, und mir seitdem Theilnahme, nur noch immer nicht genug. - Was Sie mir jüngst von Ihrer Stimmung schrieben, notiren Sie gefälligst und setzen Sie meinen Namen hinein. Es dreht sich alles recht verdrießlich um mich her, freilich mehr Freunde als mich betreffend. - Hätten Sie jetzt überdem mit unserer Censur zu thun! Es ist unglaublich; ordentlich als um durch ihre Angst den Satz der Radicalen, daß es auf dem letzten stände, zu rechtfertigen. - Grüßen Sie Schadow recht herzlich. Herr Schlesinger macht sich ein Vergnügen, Ihnen beiliegend ein Exemplar meiner Scandinavischen Reise zu senden. Herzlichst Ihr W. Haering."
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
