Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Georg (Georius) [Antworter], [Titular-]Bischof von Nikopolis (Nicopolitanus) [Nikopolis in Armenien] und Generalvikar in pontificalibus Bischof Rudolfs [II. von Scherenberg] von Würzburg, weiht in der Pfarrkirche St. Vitus in Neukirchen (Newkirch) [heute: Ortsteil von Haunetal, Lkr. Hersfeld-Rotenburg] zwei Altäre, von denen einer den Hll. Georg, Valentin, Appolonia, Wilhelm und Oswald und der andere den Hll. Nikolaus, Wolfgang, den 10.000 Rittern, Christophorus, Barbara, Dorothea, Katharina und allen Heiligen gewidmet ist. Darüber hinaus spendet Bischof Georg denjenigen Gläubigen, die die beiden Altäre an den genannten Feiertagen aufsuchen, einen Ablass in Höhe von 40 Tagen. Ankündigung des Siegels Bischof Georgs.

Die gänzlich braun gewordene und stellenweise verblasste Urkunde ist schwer leserlich.
