Das Kloster verkauft wegen großen Brandschadens Ländereien im Servatii-Tal an Berndt Dreihaus und M. Johan Groteges. Anlage 2 (Abschrift): Kaufbrief vom 22. 12. 1599. Das Kloster Überwasser, vertreten durch die Äbtissin Elisabeth von Hoyte, die Kelnersche Ida von Vorden und die Kornschreibersche Agnes von Merfeldt verkauft mit Zustimmung des Domdechanten Arnold von Büren und des Domherrn Bernhard von Westerholt dem M. Johan Grotegese ein Stück Land im S. Servatiital. Das Kloster benötigt Geld zum Wiederaufbau der am 3. 10. 1592 abgebrannten Bauligkeiten.
