Regest: Der Tuchhändler und Ratsherr Georg Zurstraßen als vom Rat bestellter Vormund der Kinder der Eheleute Dietrich Bartscheer und Anna Engel Hilgemann und nach dem Tod des ersten Vormundes Andreas Schnösenberg dessen Witwe Maria Hilgemann als Tante verkaufen dem Hutmachermeister Jorgen Helm und dessen Frau Elisabeth Schwering das Haus auf der Münsterstraße zwischen den Häusern des Schneiders Johann Hillebrand im Westen und der Witwe Kaspar Kersting im Osten. Zum Haus gehören zwei eiserne Öfen, ein Herdeisen, eine zugemachte Bettstätte und eine Kusenbettstätte und das Brunnenrecht. Das Haus ist belastet mit 18 Schilling jährliche Rente an die Neue Kirche und 2 Pfennig Wortgeld. Der Kaufpreis beträgt 360 Reichstaler, die an verschiedenen Terminen gezahlt werden und von denen Johann Haverkamp zur Abfindung 100 Reichstaler erhält. Geschehen im Haus der Witwe Schnösenberg auf der Münsterstraße. Zeugen: Jorgen Brüninghoff, Ludimagister und Hermann Huesmann, Tuchmacher und Kaufhändler. Notariatsinstrument des Jacob Mense.
