Enthält: Den Brüdern Mausbach war zu Ohren gekommen, dass Otto Voiß am 9.9.1687 bekannt gegeben hatte, 3 Viertel Land, die ihr Bruder Gerhard Mausbach an Peter Mercken verkauft hatte, mittels Retrakt [Näheranspruch, Vorkaufsrecht] eingelöst zu haben. Sie beschweren sich darüber am Gericht. Denn ihrem Ermessen nach besitze Otto Voiß keinen Näherrechtsanspruch, noch hätten sie bei dem damaligen Verkauf auf ihr Näherrecht ("Beschudtrecht") verzichtet. Sie beziehen sich auf ein Mandat vom 2.9. ("Mandatum Manutenentiae") [liegt nicht vor], das ihnen den Besitz zuwies, und bitten, dieses in Kraft zu setzen ("vigorosum zu erkleren").
