Enthält: Als Vormünder der Kinder des verstorbenen Ratsherrn und Krameramtsgildemeisters Gerhard Henrich Willing namens Maria Anna (16 Jahre), Franziska (11 Jahre) und Josefins (9 Jahre alt) werden 1792 bestellt der Bäcker Michael Alfers und der Ratsherr Paul Giese. Durch Vertrag vom 3.3.1793 übernehmen Maria Anna Willing und ihr Bräutigam Kramer Bernard Josef Brochhausen (Sohn des Weinhändlers Franz Karl Brochhausen) das elterliche Haus und Geschäft gegen die Verpflichtung, für den Unterhalt der Geschwister zu sorgen. Franziska Willing ist 1798 die Braut des Lic. Franz Brockhausen. Die Geschwister des Michael Alfers sind Elisabeth Alfers und Gerhard Wilhelm Alfers; ihnen und den Geschwistern Willing gehört das Alfers'sche Haus am Erbdrostenhof, welches Elisabeth Alfers durch Vertrag vom 23.12.1798 übernimmt; die Mutter der Geschwister Willing war eine Schwester der genannten Alfers. Josefine Willing ist 1803 mit dem Leutnant Benedikt Tilhenn verheiratet.
