Regest: Die Gebrüder von Gressauw (!), Wilhelm Kanoniker zom Laich, Jacob Sneisse und Johan Sneisse von Grenssauwe verkaufen Johan Fryhe von Doyrne u. s. Frau Margarethe, ihre Gülte, die ihnen zu Nidderanner auf St. Martinstag in des Molleners hof als ”wetthen-zins“ fällig ist, gen. ”der spechtes gulde“, ferner die Fastnachthühner und das Besthaupt, wie es in der Grafschaft Dietze (Diez) üblich ist, für 160 Gulden. Vor dem Schultheißen und den Schöffen des ”hobes gerichts“ und des ”Iandes gerichts“ in der Grafschaft Dietz, nämlich den Schultheißen des Hobesgerichts Peder Kydel und Pauels, und den Schöffen Nyggeln Henne und Nolde von Czonhusen, Dyel Scherre und Heyntz von Ysen, und vor dem Landesschultheißen Henne Wolff von Meude und dem Schöffen Jacob von den Steyn und Grethen Henne.
