Inhalt: Thomas von dem Knesebeck zu Tylsen verkauft dem Probst Curt von Marenholtz ("Corde van Marenholt"), den Priorinnen Cecilie Gose ("Cecilien Ghoße") und Anne Mechow und dem gesamten Kloster Diesdorf einen halben Wispel jährlicher Roggenpacht an dem Haus des Hans Wenk ("Wenck") in Schernekow für 25 rheinische Gulden, die zu St. Michaelis zu zahlen sind. Im Falle des Unvermögens wird die Pacht von einem anderen Gut verschrieben. Die Aussteller behalten sich das Recht auf Wiederkauf vor.
