Enthält: Bereits seit dem 6. Februar 1685 prozessierten Winand Wirtz und Otto Voiß gegeneinander. Der Feldschütze Wirtz forderte von Otto Voiß als Propsthalfen Gehaltsnachzahlungen. Statt der üblichen 10 Fass Roggen, die noch der unmittelbare Vorgänger Michael Kurffgen gezahlt hätte, habe Otto Voiß ihm nur 8 Fass ausgeliefert - in Geld, berechnet nach dem im fraglichen Jahr jeweils gültigen Kornpreis, ausgedrückt: seit 1679 16 Gulden 15 Albus, dazu vom 6.2. bis zum 21.3. 21 Gulden 7 Albus an Gerichtskosten. Am 20.3.1685 erging ein Urteil gegen Otto Voiß, dass er die vollen 10 Fass entrichten müsse. Dagegen legte er am 3.4. erst einmal im Namen seines Herrn (damals Propst Stratmann) Protest ein, unter Aufzählung mehrerer Formfehler, weswegen er das Urteil für nichtig hielt. Schließlich wendete Voiß sich, nachdem das Gericht ihm am 15.5. eine Frist von 6 Tagen zur Gegenerklärung gewährt hatte, an den Kurfürsten selbst, mit der Bitte zu intervenieren, damit sein Herr nicht weiter beschwert werde. Die kurfürstliche Hofkanzlei entsprach der Bitte und forderte das Kerpener Gericht auf, die Sache noch einmal zu untersuchen und Bericht darüber zu erstatten. Wegen fortdauerndem Ungehorsam wurde jedoch inzwischen eine Kuh gepfändet und "wegen zimblichen Alters" nur auf 8 Rtlr taxiert, mit der sie der Beklagte innerhalb von 3 Tagen auslösen soll. Wie der Streit endete ist nicht überliefert.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
