Enthält: Hinrich van Detten und seine Frau Grete, Bürger zu Münster, verkaufen Johanneze den Papen und Hermanne Bokemolen, Verwahrer des gemeinen Almosens zu St. Martini, "to behof der meynen almyssen und der armen lude to Wegesende" für 9 Mark eine an Michaelis fällige Rente von 1/2 Mark aus ihren zwei Stücken Landes, "dar in vallet yarlix sess scepel gersten to zaet Monsterscher mate, gelegen up der Horst" vor Münster zwischen land Hermans van Detten und "Everdes wyves lande Prinsses, dar ze de liftuch an hevet". Das Land ist mit 2 Scheffel Morgenkorn ("eyn scepel roggen vnd eyn scepel gersten") belastet. Bürgen: Wycbolt de gordnenere und Herman van detten. Wegen Siegelkarenz des Verkäufers siegelt Johanne Cleyhorst. Zeugen: Tomaes de tryppenmekere, Conrad Loninch und Herman de scoleppere, alle Bürger zu Münster.
