Regest: Vor dem Notar Franziskus Joseph Deiters verheuert die Witwe Zinzier zu Telgte dem Johann Hermann Schwinhorst aus dem Kirchspiel Telgte ihren im Stadtfeld gelegenen Bucks- oder Scheiffers-Kamp unter folgenden Bedingungen: 1) Der Schwinhorst errichtet auf eigene Kosten ein Haus auf dem Kamp und ist verpflichtet, es zu unterhalten. 2) Er zahlt an Heuer jährlich 5 Rt. nach Abzug eines Scheffels Roggen und eines Scheffels Gerste, die an das Domkapitel zu Münster zu entrichten sind. 3) Alle acht Jahre zahlt er für Weinkauf einen Reichstaler. 4) Die zu Martini gezahlte Heuer kann nicht erhöht werden; eine Verheuerung an einen anderen als Schwinhorst ist nicht statthaft. 5) Soll Schwinhorst nebst der Heuer jährlich auf Martini den Alten Armen zu Telgte je drei Scheffel Roggen und Gerste entrichten nebst vier Schillingen münsterisch. Geschehen zu Telgte in dem am Markt gelegenen Hause des Notars. Zeugen: Caspar Kröger und Joseph Westermann.
