Enthält: Schon zweimal, am 28.6. und 14.8.1694, hatte der Amtmann Heinrich Degenhard von der Vorst das Gericht zu Kerpen aufgefordert, dem Meister Johann Schmitz, Küpper auf dem Markt, die geforderten 28 Rtlr 28 Albus samt bisher angefallenen Zinsen ("cum interesse a die morae") für den Verkauf von 2 1/2 Viertel Land auszuzahlen, oder dem Verkäufer das Grundstück wieder zuzuführen ("zu manutenieren"). Nun befiehlt er am 13.1.1695 erneut mit einer Frist von 3 Tagen die Exekution seines Rezesses. - Offenbar wirkungslos, denn am 10.12.1696 ergeht eine neue Aufforderung, innerhalb von 3 Tagen den Kläger zufrieden zu stellen.
