Enthält: Beispiele: Am 27.10.1682 hat die Beklagte der Frau Sturm in ihrem Hofe zugerufen "macht Ew (=euren) putz (= Brunnnen) zu oder ich will ihnen zumachen lassen undt holet Wasser vor den teubell daher ihr kom(en) (Loch im Papier) seindt". Die Beklagte hat W. Sturm u.a. vorgeworfen "ein Schelm, Hexe und teubell" zu sein. Pkt. 12) die Beklagte hat der Frau Sturm vorgeworfen "vor ein teubelst Kindt so vom teubel herkommen" (zu sein). Pkt. 14) die Beklagte hat zur Frau Sturm gesagt, ich bin die Carthausische "die deine sein im rauch auffgefahren! Es sollen Zeugen vernommen werden, Peter Sterthoff, Kämmerer Christoph Brandis und Frau und deren Magd Gertrud, Enneken Pelßers, Wilhelm Volmars Ehefrau. Brandis hat zur Beklagten gesagt, er habe ihr allezeit hülfliche Hand gehalten, doch sie finge viel Händel an. Sie hätte eine Kuh jüngst von Letmathe mitgebracht, dieselbe und andere mehr sollte sie jetzo wohl daran setzen müssen (= wenn sie den Prozeß verliert).
