Regest: Vor dem Notar Johannes Molner aus Borken verkauft Gertrud, Witwe des Hermann van Loen und Bürgerin (oppidana) von Borken, dem Bernhard Hardinch, Kandidat (candidatus)der Kollegiatkirche St. Remigius Confessoris in Borken und Rektor der Kapelle St. Spiritu daselbst, und seinen Nachfolgern eine Rente von 3 Schillingen für bezahlte 6 Gulden des Herzogs Arnolds von Geldern und 2 Borkener Schillingen. Die Rente wird zu Michaelis fällig. Sie lastet auf 4 Kuhwiesen bei Borken, die Gertrud gehören und z. Zt. als Gemeindewiese genannt "die Weye" (utiliter in communi pascua appellata 'de weye'). Bernhard und seine Nachfolge übernehmen zugleich eine Memorie für den verstorbenen Johannes Rukepenninck und seine Freunde in der Heilig-Geist-Kapelle. Die Rente kann zu Michaelis von der Verkäuferin zurückgekauft werden.Verhandelt im Haus des Kürschners Gerhard Hackford am Friedhof zu Borken. Zeugen: Albert Dederdink und Gerhard Hackford. Signet des kaiserlichen Notars Johannes Molner, Kleriker der Diözese Münster. Rückschrift:(u.a.)
