Diese heiratet wieder 16722 den Johan Heerde. (Vergl. Testament 237). Vormünder der Gertrud Kock sind Diederich Schotteler und Peter Hudepoll; letzterer stirbt im Winter 1622/23. Werner Kock hat den elterlichen Nachlass verwaltet, soll aber seinen Geschwistern ihre Anteile nicht voll ausbezahlt haben. Diese und die Vormünder klagen nun 1622 gegen die Witwe Werner Kock auf Rechnungslegung und Zahlung. Johan Kock hat die Witwe Bosendorp, Klara Kock hat den Dr. med. Bernhard Rottendorff junior geheiratet. Johan Heerde ist der Sohn des Grüters Herman Heerde. Als Zeugen werden vernommen: 1) Ratsherr Hilbrand Plonies, 64 Jahre alt; 2) Witwe Peter Hudepoel, geb. Klara Mersman, ungefähr 60 Jahre alt; 3) Notar Henrich Veltwisch, 35 Jahre alt.
