Vor Bertold Bischopink, Richter in der Stadt Münster (Hinrikes Bisscops Richter In der Stat to Munster), verkauft Christina, Witwe des Bernd Drunsel (Stine Wandages echte Husvrouwe selige Berndes Drunsel) Gerd tom Dyke und seiner Ehefrau Else (Gerd tom dyke und Elseken sinen echten vrouwen) eine Rente von einer halben münsterschen Mark für neun Mark (Eyne halve marck goldes pennynge to Munster genge und geve vor Noghen marck der selven penynge) aus ihrem Haus in Münster zwischen Liebfrauentor und dem Haus des Johann Temmen (unser leyven vrouwen porten und Johans huis temmen), alle Jahre zu zahlen am Sonntag zu Mitfasten (alle Jar up Sundach to mydfasten). Die Verkäuferin gelobt Währschaft. Der Richter kündigt sein Siegel an.
