Firmensitz: Hagen-Haspe Branche: Eisen-, Blech- und Metallwarenindustrie (Schloßfabrik), Gießerei (Tempergießerei) Das Unternehmen wurde 1845 als Schloßfabrik mit etwa 20 Beschäftigten gegründet. 1870 kam zur Schloßfabrik in der Hesterte eine Gießerei hinzu. Die 1891 angelegte neue Gießerei in der Hasper Talstraße verfügte über sieben Tiegelschmelzöfen. Daher dominierte im Unternehmen seit der Jahrhundertwende der Temperguß.
