Fallbeschreibung: Nach Bitte der Bekl. vom 19.05. um Fristverkürzung für den Kl. zum Einreichen seiner Beschwerde gegen ein Ratsgerichtsurteil fordert das Tribunal den Kl. am 21.05. auf, seinen Schriftsatz binnen 4 Wochen vorzulegen. Am 09.06. bittet der Kl. um Zulassung zum Armenrecht und Bestellung Dr. Christoph Grönings zu seinem Anwalt. Das Tribunal folgt dem am selben Tag und setzt die Eidesleistung des Kl.s auf den 15.06. an. Am 16.06., 15. und 30.07. sowie 31.08. bittet Dr. Gröning um Fristverlängerung, die er am 22.06., 23.07., 18.08. und 04.09. erhält. Am 12.10. erklärt der Kl., er stehe mit den Bekl. in Güteverhandlungen und erbittet erneut Fristverlängerung, die er am 16.10. erhält. Am 13.12.1706 und 12.01.1707 vorgetragene Bitten um weitere Fristverlängerungen werden am 15.12.1706 und 27.01.1707 genehmigt. Es geht um die Verteilung des Erbes der Maria Gertrud Schnaderbach, die mit dem Kl. ein dreiviertel Jahr verheiratet gewesen war, in welcher Zeit der Kl. das Geld seiner Frau durchgebracht hat. Um die Ansprüche ihrer Mündel zu sichern, haben die Bekl. einen Vergleich mit dem Kl. geschlossen, das Haus und einige Möbel verkauft und die Gläubiger daraus befriedigt. Der Kl. klagt dagegen vor dem Ratsgericht, das ihn abweist, weshalb er an das Tribunal appelliert. Am 22.08.1707 bittet er um Aufhebung des Vergleichs, das Tribunal lehnt dies am 16.12.1707 ab.
