Im Hause des Beklagten haben gewohnt sein Schwager Lic. Bisping, Notar Johan Strick und Johan Lappenberg bis 1619. Nachbarn des Klägers sind Johan zum Berge, der verstorbene Bernd Voss, Glasmacher Wibeken und Jürgen Borgman. Der Beklagte verweist auf die Entscheidung in Sachen des verstorbenen Johan zum Hove gegen Lic. Herman Harpenschleger und auf gleichliegende Verhältnisse bei folgenden Nachbarn: 1) Goldschmied Henrich Decker und Huge in der Wegesende; 2) Gerhard Lauret und Johan Notbracke; 3) Lovenich gegenüber den Fischbänken und Johan Staell.
