Regest: Vor Johan Kuthol [1], Richter zu Beckum (Bechem) des Johan, Bischofs zu Münster, Pfalzgraf beim Rhein und Herzog in Bayern, erscheinen Johan de Smet und Herman Kolthus, Verwahrer der Armen im Großen Hospital, und beantragen die Einsetzung in die wüste Stätte, genannt Winoltsstede van Dagehusen in Beckum neben Hinrik Wernikens Haus. Der Gerichtsdiener hatte dreimal die Stätte beschlagnahmt: am 20. März 1458 (maendages na deme sundage Judica) mit Hinrik Wernike und Hinrik Stoverman, am 26. April 1458 (donnerstages na deme sundage Jubilate) mit Johannes Wineke und Hinrik Wernike und am 9. Mai 1458 (des dinxedages na Vocem Jocunditatis) mit Gert Durkop, Godeke Top, Hinrik de Heseler und Arnt Nanone. Am 6. Juli 1458 (des dinxedages na sunte Olderich) wurde diese vor Gericht in Gegenwart von Herman Portener, Hinrik Werniken und Herman Lilie de junge aufgeboten. Das große Hospital beansprucht aus der Stätte eine erbliche jährliche Rente von 2 Schilling, die bereits mehr als 50 Jahre nicht mehr bezahlt wurde. Der Richter siegelt. Zeugen: Godeke Top, Johan Brocksmet de junge, Johan Eversberg, Johan Smerbrock als Standgenossen des Gerichts.
