Bernd Schenckinck, † Johans Sohn, verkauft an Heleken Kurwijkes eine erbliche jährliche Rente na sate der stades van Munster von 2 Mark münst. Geldes für 36 Mark. Die Rente ist jährlich zahlbar je zur Hälfte auf Michaelis (September 29) und auf Ostern aus seinen 10 Scheffel Saatland vor dem Servatiitor in den monster dale zwischen Ländereien des Kirchspiels Servatii und der Brüder Rodelewen. Themme Schenckinck und Hinrich Warendorp geloben mit dem Verkäufer Bezahlung und Währschaft. Das Land ist vrij dorslachtich egen und belastet mit einer jährlichen Rente von ½ Mark für einen Altar im Dom. Es siegeln der Verkäufer und die Bürgen. Zeugen: Johan Warendorp und Herman Schenckinck.
