Enthält: Als "Cedent" erscheint Johann Heinrich Tiller, Ackersmann in Hausen in der Gemeinde Dülken, handelnd für seine Frau Maria Catharina, geborene Brasseler, als Cessionar erscheint Gottfried Terbrüggen, Ackersmann in der Brüggerner Hütte, Gemeinde Dülken, Johann Leonard Küsters, Kleinhändler aus der Bürgermeisterei Amern St. Georg, handelnd für sich und seine Frau Gertrud, geborene Abbelen, Witwe von Johann Wilhelm Nellen; Tiller überreicht Terbrüggen die Hauptausfertigung eines Kaufvertrages vom 06.07.1823 zwischen Adelgunda Fegers, Witwe von Heinrich Brasseler zu Dülken und Johann Wilhelm Nellen, der belegt, dass Nellen der Adelgunda Fegers noch einen Restpreis von 400 Reichstaler clevisch oder 307 Taler 20 Silbergroschen 9 Pfennige preußisch Courant schuldet. Tiller legt zudem den Teilungsvertrag der Erben der Witwe Brasseler vom 26.11.1831 vor. Demnach steht der genannte Restpreis seiner Frau, Maria Catharina, geborene Brasseler zu. Diese Forderung überträgt Tiller an Terbrüggen, der ihm dafür den Betrag sofort in der Amtsstube des Notars ausbezahlt.
