Stadtverordnetenversammlung - Fraktionen nach 1945 (Bestand)

Bestandsgeschichte: Gemäß dem Gutachten von Prof. Dr. Thomas Henne (Archivschule Marburg): "Übernahme der Unterlagen der Fraktionen des Stadtrats in Mönchengladbach durch das Stadtarchiv" aus dem Jahr 2022 (veröffentlicht in: Archivfachliche Beiträge, Beiheft 8 (2022), S. 36-47) werden die Fraktionen der STVV als abgabepflichtige Stellen im Sinne des Hessischen Archivgesetztes betrachtet. Die Fraktionen wurden daher 2023 erstmals zur Abgabe von Altunterlagen aus ihren Registraturen im Rathaus Wiesbaden aufgefordert. Dies auch in Hinblick auf die 2025 ff. anstehende Renovierung des Wiesbadener Rathauses.
Es erfolgten folgende Abgaben zum Bestand:
2023/25 (Fraktion "Die Linke" und Vorgängerinnen seit 2001)
Findmittel: Der Bestand ist unerschlossen (Stand 03/2023).
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
