Regest: Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Warendorf verkaufen als Oberprovisoren der Kirchen, Schulen und Armenhäuser dem Bäcker Heinrich Leve einen Teil des hinter der Elende gelegenen Gehöfts und einen Weg von der am Freckenhorster Wall gelegenen Straße bis zum Hof des Leve, so groß, (die genauen Zahlen sind nicht angegeben und offengelassen), daß ein Fuhrwerk zu seinem an der Brüningbrede gelegenen Haus fahren kann. Der Platz soll von Leve abgezäunt und der Weg zum Wall mit einer verschließbaren Pforte versehen werden. Der Kaufpreis beträgt 150 Reichstaler, wovon Leve 50 Reichstaler sofort zahlt, die übrigen 100 Reichstaler werden von ihm jährlich verzinst.
Aufertigung - 2 Foliobogen. Sekretsiegel als Oblatendruck. Unterschrift des Hermann Consbruch. Darunter Vermerk von 1771 Oktober 13, daß die 50 Reichstaler wahrscheinlich nicht gezahlt wurden. Daher ist das Kapital von 150 Reichstaler von dem neuen Ankäufer Heinrich Anton Zurbonsen an die Elenden bezahlt worden. Alt: Abt. 2 F IV 2, jetzt A 1032.
