Regest: Die Eheleute Kaufhändler Johann Haverkamp und Elisabeth Arndts verkaufen dem Baumseidenmacher Dietrich Bardtscherer und dessen Frau Engelin Hilgermann ihr Haus an der Münsterstraße zwischen den Häusern der Witwe des Werner Hase und des Kaspar Kersting und der Witwe des Johann Bornefeldt und des Johann Hillebrandt samt den darin befindlichen eisernen Ofen, Herdeisen, Bettstätten und Kleiderschrank und dem zu dem Haus gehörenden Brunnen wie auch eine Grabstätte mit Leichenstein auf dem Neuen Kirchhof bei der Sakristei. Das Haus ist belastet mit 3 Pfennig Wortgeld und 18 Schilling an die Neue Kirche. Wegen dieser 18 Schilling wurde das Kaufgeld von 300 Reichstaler um 18 Reichstaler gemindert. 82 Reichstaler werden sofort gezahlt, die restlichen 200 Reichstaler auf kommenden Ostern. Es bürgen Andreas und Maria Schnösenberg. Zeugen: Heinrich Büning und Georg Dorßel. Notariatsinstrument des Hermann Mosellage.
