Regest: Wie U 614: Empfänger: Arnold Cateman, als Vertreter des Provisional-Amtes am Dom zu Münster. Verkaufssumme 1000 Reichstaler, Rente: 60 Reichstaler. Bürgen: 1. Christian Dütting, der sein Haus auf der Lüngingstraße zwischen den Häusern der Witwe Rotger Duttings und Johann Kurcks zum Pfand setzt; 2. Henrich Toele, der sein Haus auf der Brüningbreiden zwischen den Häusern von Berndt Cloet und Meves von Achen zum Pfand setzt; 3. Gerdt Niebaur, der sein Haus auf der Brüningbreiden zwischen den Häusern von Werner Rolevinck und Johann Buxloe zum Pfand setzt; 4. Henrich zur Straßen, der sein Haus an der Brüningbreiden zwischen den Häusern von Conradt Wiedtlage und Johann Ortloff zum Pfand setzt. Sämtliche Bürgen - Bürger von Warendorf - setzen außerdem Hab und Gut als Pfand aus. Die 1000 Reichstaler wurden dem Conradt Hülsmann, Ratsverwandten und der Stadt Warendorf Abgeordneten, ausgezahlt in Gegenwart der Zeugen: 1. Henrich Holthausen, Sekretär, als Notar; 2. Rotger Rensinghoff; 3. Johann Pothoff. Unterschrift des Sekretärs Henrich Holthaußen, als Notar; des Conradt Hülsmann, sowie der Bürgen und Zeugen.
Ausfertigung - Pergament 19,5 x 57,5 cm; anhängendes Sekretsiegel in Holzkapsel. Laut Notizen in dorso wurde das Kapital 1855 abgelöst - Bescheinigung der Reg. Münster für Domänen und Forsten und für geistl. und Schulangelgenheiten mit Siegel - daher Urkunde kassiert. Bisher U 138.
