Regest: Wilhelm Lemmen und Sander Fruhen, Schöffen, beurkunden, daß die Eheleute Peter Gruiters und Engen Wefers von den Eheleuten Friedrich Flünnertz und Lisbeth Herbertz 150 Taler, jeden zu 30 Klevischen Stübern oder 40 Kölnischen Albus gerechnet, geliehen haben. Der Betrag ist fortan alljährlich am Martinstag oder innerhalb der nächten 14 Tage, erstmal 1731, mit 4 v. H. zu verzinsen, doch erhöht sich der Zinsfuß auf 5 v. H., wenn die Schuldner saumselig sind. Beiderseits kann die Schuldsumme ein Vierteljahr vor dem genannten Termin gekündigt werden. Zum Unterpfand stehen ungefähr 5 Morgen Ackerland im Krefelder Feld in der Nähe der Kempener Landwehr, gelegen, zwischen den Parzellen des Heysenhofes, den Brembter Ländereien sowie den Liegenschaften des Fliegenhofes und denen des Johann Hoffs.
