Enthält: Der Beklagte hat dem Kläger 38 Schweine verkauft mit der Zusicherung, dass davon 34 Eckern-Schweine (Eichelmastschweine) und nur 4 Boickschweine wären. Die Schweine haben die zugesicherte Eigenschaft angeblich nicht gehabt. Kläger verlangt Schadensersatz. Als Zeugen werden vernommen: 1. Johan Kolle in Sendenhorst, 30 J. alt; 2. Jürgen Lütkehuis in Münster, 25 J. alt; 3. dessen Vater Evert Lütkehuis, 60 Jahre alt. Erwähnt werden Johan Schroer; Bernd Tecklenborch; Dirich ton Slote; Jost Vrilinck; Willem und Hinrich van Ginkel; Witwe Herman Bartman; Lüke Plagge; Vogt Gert Buchorn und Berndt Kronenpoil in Vreden.
