Regest: Schultheiß und Schöffen des Gerichts zu Sant Gewershusen (St. Goarshausen) bezeugen, dass vor ihrem Gericht Platzhenne und Hentzginß Henne, Einwohner zu Rychenburcgk (Reichenberg) bekannt haben, dass sie die bisher an Hellen Pedern schuldigen 1 1/2 Gulden Jahrzins künftig an Peter Marsteller zu Byberheym (Biebernheim) und dessen Ehefrau Agnes zu zahlen haben und dass sie dafür als Unterpfand ihre Hofstatt und ihre Weide (”wyden waysß“) zu Rychenburcgk von der Schmiede an bis an den Bach, Haus und Hof, gesetzt haben und dass Hellen Peder dafür Bürge sei; den vorgen. Zins können sie mit 30 Gulden vor Weihnachten, und mit 15 Gulden 18 Albus ablösen, bis der ganze Zins abgelöst ist. Es siegelt das obengen. Gericht.
