Regest: Vor den Düsseldorfer Schöffen Herman zu Hunstorp und Dietrich (Diderich) Gronwalt verpflichten sich Hannes Weyerman und seine Frau Styn dem Gasthaus gegenüber zur Zahlung einer jährlichen Rente von 2 Mark brabantisch und 8 Weißpfennigen kölnisch. Von dieser Rente, die ursprünglich 4 Mark brabantisch betrug und und von der Badstube an das Gasthaus zu zahlen war, haben die Aussteller 2 mark brabantisch an sich genommen "myt buytkouff des huyss", den Rest von 2 Mark nebst den 8 WEißpfennigen zahlen sie aus ihrem, ehemals Hannes Eyffler gehörigen Hause und setzen zum Pfand ein ihr Haus und Hof zwischen dem Liebfrauentor und dem Ratigner Tor (Anrainer: der Stadtweg, Heinrich von Pempelforts Haus und Hof, vorne die Straße, hinten der Stadtweg längs der Mauer.) Siegler: die Schöffen. Dat.: 1462 up unsser liever frauwen avent lichtmissen.
