Enthält: Domvikar Wilhelm Lübecke hat dem Almosenkorb in Aegidii 100 R.T. der Elende in Aegidii 50 R.T. und zur Verbesserung der "gemeinen wege" im Kspl. Aegidii 50 R.T. vermacht. Seine Testamentsvollstrecker Domherr Wilhelm von Elvervelt und die Domvikare Johan Lipper und Rotger Keiseman haben im Jahre 1593 zur Erfüllung dieser Vermächtnisse eine Rentverschreibung über 200 R.T. hergegeben, die im Jahre 1560 Juli 24 von Lütze von Heiden zu Engelradt und seiner Frau Catharina ausgestellt ist. Erwähnt werden: Berndt von Westerholt, Herr zu Lembeck, und Jacob von Koppel zu Neuenburg. Bürgermeister Dr. jur. Henr. Venth und Henr. Iserman d.Ä. als Provisoren des Kirchspiels Aegidii, Paul Baeck als Wegemeister, Rotger Vinhagen und Stadtkämmerer Herm. Herding als Provisoren des Almosenkorbs Aegidii und M Johan Grotegeße als Verweser d. Kirchspiels Aegidii bestimmen nun, daß die Rentverschreibung bei den Provisoren des Almosenkorbs verbleiben und die anteiligen Renten auf die übrigen Berechtigten ausgezahlt werden soll. Zeugen: Nikolaus Henr. Rhudens, Küster an Aegidii. Von Notar Remigius Agricola aufgenommen.
