Fallbeschreibung: Die Kl. bitten darum, einen Kommissar zu benennen, der die Bekl. als Zeugen in dem Prozeß Hans Kahls vs. Johann Hinrich Wegner und dessen Ehefrau vernimmt. Das Tribunal weist am 03.11.1747 den Protonotar Scheffel zum Zeugenverhör an. Am 11.01.1748 sendet Scheffel seinen Bericht an das Tribunal, das ihn am 13.01. an das Ratsgericht weiterleitet.
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
