Gulden, der 4 Kurfürsten bei Rheine Münze, und setzen als Unterpfand (kistenpand) ihr Haus mit Zubehör und Kelterhaus und Garten zu Ernter, das früher Beckerhennen gehört hat, und einen Weingarten ”an der backe“ (Anlieger oben Peter Bender, unten Pielhenne). Der Besitzer des Weinberges hat in jedem dritten Jahr in der Kreuzwoche (Himmelfahrtswoche) oder um die Zeit ”so die vurgenanten hern mit den heiliegen oder procession gehen Hertzenauwe (Hirzenach) fahren“ einen ”zoeger“ zu stellen, ”der mit andern dasselbige schiffe helffe widder heym ziehen.“ Der Zins kann mit 20 Gulden zurückgekauft werden.
