Regest: Vor Schultheiß und Schöffen des Gerichts zu Bopartten (Boppard) verkaufen die Eheleute Mertin, Peter Haerants Sohn, und Katherina, wohnhaft zu Ernter (Ehrental), dem Dechanten, den Stiftsherrn und Vikaren der gemeinen Präsenz des Stifte zu Sant Gewere einen Jahrzins von 1 Gulden Reddermünze, fällig am Himmelfahrtstage, für 20 Rhein. Gulden, der 4 Kurfürsten bei Rheine Münze, und setzen als Unterpfand (kistenpand) ihr Haus mit Zubehör und Kelterhaus und Garten zu Ernter, das früher Beckerhennen gehört hat, und einen Weingarten ”an der backe“ (Anlieger oben Peter Bender, unten Pielhenne). Der Besitzer des Weinberges hat in jedem dritten Jahr in der Kreuzwoche (Himmelfahrtswoche) oder um die Zeit ”so die vurgenanten hern mit den heiliegen oder procession gehen Hertzenauwe (Hirzenach) fahren“ einen ”zoeger“ zu stellen, ”der mit andern dasselbige schiffe helffe widder heym ziehen.“ Der Zins kann mit 20 Gulden zurückgekauft werden.
