Der Jude habe ihm vielmehr im letzten Herbst ein Pferd auf das Feld vor den Pflug gebracht und zum Tausch angeboten. Er habe das Pferd geprüft, sich aber Rückgaberecht vorbehalten. Als er es zurückgeben wollte, sei der Jude mit seinem Pferd verschwunden gewesen. Daraufhin habe er das von ihm abgelehnte Pferd der Schwester des Juden in den Stall gestellt und die Rückgabe seines Pferdes verlangt. Die Schwester habe aber dem Pferd einen Tag lang kein Futter gegeben. Er habe sein Feld nicht mehr bestellen können, wodurch ihm großer Schaden entstanden sei. Der Jude habe sein Pferd am dritten Tag weiterverkauft. Bittet, ihm sein Pferd wieder zu beschaffen und die Klage des Juden kostenpflichtig abzuweisen.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
