Regest: Johann Ludwig Graf zu Sulz, Hofrichter zu Rottwill, entbietet Bürgermeister und Rat zu Reyttlingen seinen Gruß und tut ihnen kund, daß der ehrsame Johann Ul Prokurator und Hans Wagner, Hofbote zu Rottwill, mit Urteil und rechtem Gericht den Hans Wick von Feldkirch zu Reytlingen in die Acht des Hofes zu Rottwill erlangt und schreiben lassen haben, ihnen auch Verbietsbriefe erteilt sind. Darum gebietet der Graf Bürgermeister und Rat, dem genannten offen verschriebenen Ächter weder bei sich noch in ihrem Gebiet Aufenthalt zu gewähren, ihn nicht zu hausen, zu herbergen, ihm nicht Essen und Trinken zu geben, auch sonst keine Gemeinschaft mit ihm zu haben.
